The PCC shall have practicum unit coordinator as a chairperson and heads of each stream as members. The PCC shall be accountable to the academic Vice dean.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Organize awareness-raising Conference on Practicum as regularly as desired.
  • Set action Plans for the implementation of Practicum
  • Schedule the allocation of tutors and trainees into schools.
  • Visit schools
  • Ensure the adequacy of schools hosting conditions
  • Follow – up the realization of Practicum activities by all parties according to the guideline.
  • Attend regular meeting as regards the program and review it and make necessary decisions.
  • Encourage action research on issues of Practicum.
  • Evaluate an overall achievement to-re-plan for best practices.
  • Re-plan for best practices
  • Perform such other duties as directed to it by academic vice dean.
