CPD and HDP coordinating office has four wings

  1. Higher Diploma Program (HDP)
  • Identify teacher education own need and become a professional, reflective teacher education demonstrating high standards of professional ethics
  • Develop reaching as skill, based on sound theoretical knowledge and experience
  • Role model good practice and contribute to institutional and community development
  • Provide a high quality learning experience for student teachers
  • Be involved in action research, collaborative learning and team work

  • On job training to teaching staff in the CTE and for primary school teachers in Robe and Goba towns
    1. Linkage Coordinating Unit (LCU)
  • Working with linkage school in nearby woreda in Bale Zone
    1. Staff Development Unit (CDU)
